Brian Henderson

I am a first year student here are Oregon State.

I started using Linux late in my sophomore year in highschool, which would have been about May 2003. I started out with Debian (the old woody installer), by downloading all 7 CD's over a week or two (80KB/s dsl line) and then installing a million times before I realized that this package management thing would take my not-quiet-working install and turn it into a proper install with X and all that cool stuff. heh.

I currently run gdm with Fluxbox on Debian testing/etch on my laptop, and My headless desktop runs Debian testing with mpd and LIRC.
